CondoVault.org is operated by EVL Gaming, LLC and is only available to active EVLBOX hosting customers. This policy explains what data we collect and how it is handled.
Accounts and Eligibility
User accounts are created exclusively for EVLBOX customers who purchase a Tower Unite condo server. Public registration is not available.
Image Visibility
Images uploaded to CondoVault are private by default, but accessible by anyone with the direct link. There are no public galleries or image listings.
Data We Collect
- IP Addresses: We log the IP address used at the time of upload and when accessing hosted images.
- Access Logs: We record access events to monitor system health and misuse. These logs are retained only while a customer account is active.
- Account Metadata: We associate uploaded content with a customer’s internal EVLBOX account ID.
What We Don’t Collect
- We do not track user behavior across other websites.
- We do not use cookies for analytics or advertising.
- We do not retain image EXIF metadata after upload.
Data Retention
All uploaded content and associated data are permanently deleted when a customer cancels their EVLBOX hosting service. Access logs are also purged at that time.
Third-Party Services
CondoVault does not use any external analytics, tracking, or CDN services. All data is hosted on servers located in the United States.
